A trip to Singapore wouldn’t be complete without visiting one of their food hawker markets. I would gladly have eaten at one every day, but given the limited amount of time we were in Singapore, we decided to narrow it down to Maxwell Road Hawker Centre so that we could try out the famous Tian Tian chicken rice and fish bee hoon from Jin Hua.
